Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history - Minor v. Happersett (1875) - to directly construe Article 2 Section 1's natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent. In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a "native or natural-born citizen" as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain.

Arizona Sheriff Finds Obama Presidential Qualifications Forged

Justia.com is a free legal internet research site with a specific, dedicated Supreme Court of the United States server containing nearly every Supreme Court case in American history. It is specifically marketed to law students, non-profit agencies, startup businesses, small businesses and private internet researchers. In short, those who cannot afford either a lawyer or the thousands of dollars a year required by subscription legal search engines such as LexisNexis and WestLaw. Justia leverages the Google Mini internal search engine, and through this, Google.com itself increasing its visibility on nearly any search of American law. Justia.com is owned by Obama supporter Tim Stanley, and began a systematic scrubbing of Minor V. Happersett in the summer of 2008, erasing the name and specific text quoted from the case, along with specific citations to it out of dozens of Supreme Court cases which cited it over 138 years of American Supreme Court History. The controversy was dubbed "JustiaGate".

Vetting Obama: An Epic Failure

A serious vetting of an individual begins with the person’s full cooperation and complete disclosure who they are and what associations they’ve had during their lifetime. The reticence of an individual to provide such information is usually the first sign of trouble. Obama is a classic example of such reticence.

Less than a week ago, a duly commissioned law enforcement agency released a most damning report about Barack Hussein Obama. A rational person of reasonable sensibilities would think that the findings from a six-month investigation into unresolved identity issues would take precedence over the anti-climatic and underwhelming release of a short video confirming something people already knew.

With all due respect to the late Andrew Breitbart, the footage showcased by “conservative talk show host” Sean Hannity is indeed a morsel of evidence, but does not rise to the level of importance of the Arpaio report. Yet, the investigative findings have been largely ignored.

It’s not too late to properly vet Obama, and we must not wait until the next election. Every day that he is allowed to remain in office without being accountable for the numerous outstanding questions identified in the Arpaio report further entrenches the acts of malfeasance by our public officials, and the misfeasance of those charged to bring us the truth.

Why Obama's Birth Certificate Matters, Especially Now

Also consider the consequences of allowing this alleged high crime to go unanswered. If Obama is willing to fob off a forgery on the American people, what else is he capable of? If he gets away with it, what else will he do? Remember that in every case in history in which a leader amassed more power for himself by gradually undermining his nation's democratic system, he had millions of enablers. These were the crowds Cicero spoke of that cheered "ambitious scoundrel" Julius Caesar as he paved his way to dictator. These are the "good men" Edmund Burke referred to who do nothing in the face of evil. Sometimes, of course, they're simply scared. Other times they may not want to seem like a nutty Chicken Little saying the sky is falling. Or they may not want to accept that the sky actually is falling, so they rationalize and dress the naked emperor with their eyes. After all, when a problem is daunting or scary, the self-delusion that allows one to ignore it can be appealing.

Most people also don't want conflict; they may fear a constitutional crisis. But know that if Obama is peddling a forged document, it may simply be another example of how we already are in a constitutional crisis. The only question now is whether we're going to fight the fire or continue to fiddle while the Constitution burns.

What we have here is a classic "The Emperor has no Cloths" situation.

Emperor Obama strides around his kingdom before We the Serfs essentially naked save the transparent photo-shopped fig leaf (fake COLB) covering his Kenyan dinky-wink. And any Serf that dare giggle at the spectacle passing by is labeled a Birther and ridiculed into silence.

So there you have it. Sheriff Joe shouts out "Can't you see it! The Emperor is naked.... what's wrong with you people, can't you see what is right before your eyes!"

And we Serfs ignore the rant of the Birther and continue to fawn over the Emperor's splendid royal attire (that we pretend to see) as he passes by.

Not since Kim Jung Il's funeral and the over-the-top screams of utter bereavement have I heard such fake praise for such a fake leader made by an equally fake people.

Following up on his investigative team’s finding of probable cause that Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration form is a forgery, Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio has asked Selective Service Director Lawrence Romo in a letter to produce original documentation.

A copy of Obama’s registration form indicates the registration took place at the Makaki Station Post Office in Honolulu on July 29, 1980. Arpaio wants court-approved, forensic experts selected by his office to examine the original for its authenticity, as well as any microfilm or computer copies that may exist.

Immigration Records Missing For Week Of Obama's Birth: Arpaio's Team Probing Possibility President Born Abroad

After months of searching, investigators commissioned by Maricopa County, Arizona, Sheriff Joe Arpaio to examine Barack Obama’s eligibility for office found Immigration and Naturalization Service travel records for foreign flights into Hawaii in 1961, only to discover that records for the week of Obama’s birth were missing.

Investigators were searching to determine if Barack Obama might have been born in a foreign country and returned to Honolulu in or around August 1961 with his mother, Ann Dunham.

Arpaio’s team looked at databases in the National Archives and Records Administration with microfilm of INS passenger records for foreign flights arriving in Honolulu and New York City. If Obama was not born in Hawaii, as he and the Hawaii Department of Health have been insisting, there should be INS passenger cards that the new mother filled out for herself and her infant son upon arrival in Honolulu from a Pacific Rim city or arrival in New York City from across the Atlantic.

Specifically, in Record Group A 3573, data records for Aug. 2, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961, appear to be completely missing, as if the records were removed from the database prior to the microfilm recording.

Media Blackout Continues On Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse Investigation

While the media blackout continues over the largest story in American history, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is stunned, but undaunted, and said his Cold Case Posse will continue to pursue its investigation into President Barack Obama’s fraudulent Certificate of Live Birth as well as his Selective Service registration, both of which it has deemed forgeries.

This is the information the national media refuses to report, which Zullo learned during the investigation was because the media had been threatened with FTC investigations and commentators were threatened with their jobs if they dared report on the Cold Case Posse’s findings of forgery and fraud associated with Obama’s documents.

Zullo stated the threats even caused some to quit their positions “over safety concerns for their families.”

A petition will be circulated during the event requesting the Arizona State Legislature, in conjunction with Secretary of State Ken Bennett, take action requiring the Democratic National Committee to provide documentation satisfactory to Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse that validates Obama's true identity and eligibility before he can be placed on the 2012 ballot in Arizona.
